📦 Shipping Policy for Bong Bros
Thank you for shopping with Bong Bros! We partner with top-rated suppliers through our dropshipping platform to bring you a wide variety of quality smoking accessories. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand expected delivery times and other key information.
🔞 Age Verification & Restrictions (U.S. Only)
By placing an order with us, you are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age or the legal age required to purchase smoking accessories in your jurisdiction.
• Adult Signature Required: Due to the nature of our products, all shipments may require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery to ensure compliance. If an adult is not home, the carrier will leave a notification for re-delivery or pickup.
• State/Local Shipping Restrictions: We are committed to following all federal and state laws. We only ship within the United States, but we reserve the right to cancel any order if the shipment violates any specific state or local law regarding the sale of certain items (e.g., specific paraphernalia restrictions).
⏳ Processing & Shipping Times
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• We process and ship most orders within 48 hours of us receiving the order.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
2. Shipping Time / Estimated Delivery (U.S. Only)
We utilize a network of U.S.-based and international suppliers to offer the best selection. Delivery times are estimated after the processing period.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery address.
✈️ Order Tracking & Delivery
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) usually within 3-5 days after your order has been processed. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of you receiving the email.
Damages, Lost Packages, & Issues
Bong Bros is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do our best to assist you in finding a resolution.
• Damaged Product: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at bongbroshelp@gmail.com and provide photos of the damage to the item and the shipping packaging.
• Lost Package: If tracking shows your package has been stuck in transit for 7+ business days or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can open an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
